Rajini Aesthetic & PMU Academy

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the conditions for booking permanent makeup services and enrolling in training at Rajini Aesthetic & PMU Academy, Bangalore. Please read them before making a payment. Your booking confirmation or enrolment document will specify the package, fees, inclusions and applicable cancellation policy.

1. Permanent Makeup Services

Consultation and Suitability

All PMU treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment. We may recommend an alternative treatment, postpone a procedure or decline treatment where appropriate.

Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding, skin concerns and previous cosmetic procedures. Please inform us about any existing permanent makeup before booking a correction service.

Consent and Treatment Approval

Before treatment, we explain the proposed procedure, expected outcome, possible risks, healing process and aftercare. Clients must complete the required consultation and consent forms.

Where applicable, the proposed shape and colour will be discussed and approved before the procedure begins. This approval does not remove the clinic’s responsibility to provide services with reasonable care.

Results and Expectations

PMU results vary between individuals. Skin type, existing pigmentation, previous treatments, healing and aftercare may affect the outcome.

Immediate results may differ from healed results. Photographs and testimonials show individual experiences and do not guarantee identical results. Exact colour, perfect symmetry, pigment retention or a fixed duration cannot be guaranteed.

PMU may fade over time, but some pigment can remain. Complete fading or easy removal is not guaranteed.

Sessions and Touch-Ups

Additional sessions or touch-ups may be recommended. The number of sessions, their timing and any additional charges will be explained during consultation.

A touch-up is included only when expressly stated in your package. Included touch-ups must be booked within the period specified in your booking confirmation. Future maintenance, corrections and work on existing PMU may be charged separately.

Booking and Payment

An advance payment may be required to reserve an appointment. Before payment, we will explain the total price, included sessions, payment schedule and applicable taxes, if any.

Additional services require your agreement and may involve additional charges. Promotional offers apply only according to their stated conditions.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

The cancellation notice period, rescheduling conditions and any reasonable booking deductions will be provided before payment.

Please contact us promptly if you need to change your appointment. Late arrival may require a shorter appointment or rescheduling where sufficient treatment time is unavailable.

If we cancel an appointment and you do not accept an alternative date, payments for the cancelled, undelivered service will be refunded.

If treatment cannot proceed following the suitability assessment, we will explain any charges for services already provided and refund the remaining unused payment.

For partially completed packages, refund requests will be assessed against services already delivered and the policy agreed before payment. These conditions do not limit any refund or remedy available under applicable law.

Aftercare and Concerns

Clients will receive aftercare instructions and should follow them carefully. Please contact us promptly with healing concerns or unexpected changes. Seek appropriate medical attention where necessary.

Failure to follow aftercare may affect results, but does not automatically remove the clinic’s responsibility for the quality of its services.

Existing PMU and Correction Work

Correction of previous permanent makeup requires assessment. Some cases may need multiple sessions, a different treatment approach or referral for removal before further PMU. Improvement and complete correction cannot be guaranteed.

2. PMU Training

Enrolment and Course Details

Admission is subject to availability and any requirements stated for the selected course.

Before enrolment, students will receive written details of the course duration, syllabus, fees, payment schedule, kit or materials, model practice arrangements and certification requirements.

Only items expressly included in the selected course are covered by the course fee.

Fees and Payment

A registration payment may be required to reserve a training place. The balance must be paid according to the schedule agreed at enrolment.

Any additional costs, including optional materials, extra practice sessions or assessments, will be disclosed before the student agrees to them.

Attendance and Participation

Students must attend the required sessions, arrive on time and participate in theory, demonstrations, practice and assessments.

Missed sessions are not automatically replaced. Requests for replacement sessions will be considered according to availability and the enrolment policy. Any additional fee must be explained in advance.

Practical Training and Models

Practical training depends on the selected course, model suitability, informed consent and trainer assessment of the student’s readiness.

Students must follow hygiene standards and trainer instructions. Procedures on live models must take place under the supervision required by the course. Model arrangements and student responsibilities will be explained before enrolment.

Certification

Certificates are issued after students meet the stated attendance, practical and assessment requirements.

An academy certificate records completion of the specified training. It does not by itself grant a medical qualification, government licence or permission to perform procedures outside the student’s lawful scope of practice.

Career and Business Outcomes

Training supports skill development. Employment, placement, client numbers, earnings and business success are not guaranteed unless a specific commitment is provided separately in writing.

Students are responsible for checking the requirements that apply to their future work, including qualifications, permissions and insurance where applicable.

Student Conduct

Students must treat trainers, staff, fellow students and models respectfully. Unsafe practice, harassment or serious disruption may lead to removal from a session or course.

Where reasonably possible, concerns will be explained and an opportunity to respond will be given. Any financial adjustment will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Course Cancellations and Refunds

The student cancellation, batch transfer and refund policy will be provided before payment, including any reasonable deductions for training or materials already supplied.

If the academy cancels a course before it begins, students may choose an available alternative batch or receive a refund for the cancelled course.

If the academy cannot deliver a substantial part of a course after it begins, an appropriate replacement or refund for the undelivered portion will be offered.

Training Materials and Recording

Course manuals, presentations and academy materials are provided for the enrolled student’s learning. They must not be copied, sold, published or distributed without written permission.

Photography or recording during training requires permission from the academy and anyone identifiable in the recording.

Post-Training Support

Any advertised post-training support will be described in the enrolment document, including its scope, communication channels and availability.

Support does not automatically include additional courses, replacement kits, unlimited live practice or individual retraining unless expressly included.

3. Terms Applying to Services and Training

Photographs and Marketing Consent

Permission to use identifiable photographs, videos or testimonials for marketing will be requested separately. Agreeing to treatment or training does not automatically give marketing permission.

Declining marketing permission will not affect the quality of your service or training.

Personal Information

Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details about information collection, use, storage and your rights.

Questions and Complaints

Please contact us with questions about bookings, payments, treatment or training. Include your name, booking or enrolment details and a description of the concern so we can review it.
